Our Story

Born and raised in Georgia, I moved to Ireland 20 years ago in search of new opportunities. Over the years, I’ve built a life here, creating a home filled with love and family in this beautiful country. Baking has always been my passion—something that brings me joy and allows me to express my creativity.

Over time, I’ve honed my skills, and the heartfelt compliments I’ve received on my cakes have encouraged me to dream big. I have completed mastercourses in Classic and French Cakes, and for as long as I can remember, I’ve wanted to open my very own café.

After years of dreaming, planning and working towards this goal, I’m thrilled to say that my dream is finally becoming a reality here in Dublin!
